EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT

The Cloud Native AI Summit is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone attending the event, whether in person or virtually.

The event is intended for professional networking, learning, and collaboration. All participants, including speakers, attendees, volunteers, sponsors, and staff, are expected to treat others with respect and must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate behaviour.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please report it to the event organisers or event staff.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By registering for and attending the Cloud Native AI Summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be used for event-related communications, publicity, promotional, or other business purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in individual or small-group photographs or recordings, please contact the event organisers. Due to the nature of the event, we cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear in crowd or large-group photographs, or in recordings of public sessions.

BADGE SHARING POLICY

All participants must be individually registered and have a valid event pass. Event passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they were issued.

Badge sharing may result in the individual being refused entry or removed from the event.

RECORDING, LIVE STREAMING & REBROADCASTING

Participants may not record, copy, reproduce, live stream, rebroadcast, or otherwise distribute event sessions or other event content without prior permission from the event organisers.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS

Firearms and other weapons are not permitted at the Cloud Native AI Summit, regardless of whether they are legally permitted or concealed.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By registering for or attending the Cloud Native AI Summit, you acknowledge that attendance involves certain risks associated with participating in an in-person event.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the event organisers and event host will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or other claim arising from your participation in or attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for your personal belongings and for taking reasonable care of your own safety while attending the event.

REGISTRATION & PERSONAL DATA

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that the personal information you provide will be collected and used for the purposes of registering and administering your attendance at the Cloud Native AI Summit, communicating with you about the event, and managing event-related activities.

SPONSOR INTERACTIONS

If you voluntarily provide your information to a sponsor, including by scanning your badge or submitting your details, that information may be provided to the sponsor and used in accordance with the sponsor's own privacy policy.
